Story:
The national flag is rectangular and the ratio of length to width is 3:2. The left quarter of the flag is a white vertical rectangle; the right is a dark green rectangle with a white five pointed star and a white crescent in the center. White symbolizes peace, green symbolizes prosperity, new moon symbolizes progress, and five pointed star symbolizes light.
